Amazing workout! I am a 45 year old registered nurse and I have just started incorporating heavier weights into my workout 4 months ago. It has been a gradual process but I am loving the strength I am getting in such a short time. I am excited to add your workouts to my rotation!!

Kaleigh, I've done youtube workouts for a few years now, and I don't want to disrespect the wonderful gals who got me through 2020-2024, but I am so GLAD I found your videos! They are more challenging for me now that I've gotten used to the other videos I've been doing, and I've gotten brave enough to go up in weight because you tell me I can do it! I just want to say @kailey after doctor telling me I had mild fatty liver and high cholesterol I started changing my diets And incorporate exercises. I don't remember what kind of exercises I search for but after finding you, I've been on stuck on you. I did your cycling video once and let's just say you worked me. But I've been on the strength training. I just want to thank you for posting the videos.

Great Workout Kaleigh! At 69 almost 70 you get me through the week. I started a year ago barely lifting 8 lb weights and now I'm pushing past my 15 pounders! I need to get a whole new weight set to continue improving my strength. Thank you for keeping me motivated!

Great workout; thank you! I have one question: Do you ever use an exercise ball? I do not have a bench or a chair in my workout room, so I use an exercise ball as my chair. Is it safe to use it for the chest press and hip thrust? You're amazing, thanks for providing workouts that motivate and keep me on my best form.

Thanks you so much for watching! I do not use an exercise ball, however chest press can be done on a mat or floor and you can substitute glute bridge on the floor for hip thrusts. Hope that was helpful!

Great work out! I love all your workouts and how you walk me through what form I should have and tips along the way. I appreciate your encouragement and the way you set up your workouts. I've been doing your workouts for about a year now and I feel healthier and stronger. Thank you! Also can I just say you were so impressive and I admire your dedication to exercise while carrying your little one! I hope to do that someday too! I would appreciate some tips for the reverse grip row. I find when I am bent over I keep my back flat but I find that my lower back seems to turn on and it aches if I don't release it a few times. Is that a lack of strength in my abs or in my back? Also can you explain what I have heard you reference as the "armpit egg" in other videos? I know sort of what you mean but I want to be able to do it well. Thanks! - Annie (NY)

Your exercises are really good. Your cameraman is not filming you during a lot of your exercises, like the shoulde press. I need to see the example to do the exercise correctly.
