AHHHHHH!! Another band workout! I love it! I need these for when I am travelling - I bring my bands in my backpack cuz well all those weights on a trip is just silly! I will be doing this again and again! Thank you Tom! Love it! Noelle

better than more band wo. I feel like it usually takes an hr to get the right resistance lol. but this was gooda
