This class was more than perfect. I feel so relaxed in both my body and mind and did enjoy these gentle upper body stretches. My mid back and side body feel super tense since 2-3 weeks now and I'm so thankful to be able to practice with your Yin Yoga classes 🧘🏻‍♀. Thank you so much 💖

Whew! Another great class! May I suggest using a chime or bell with a deeper, lower tone? The bell sounded a bit jarring when under deep relaxation and I think a lower, more open sounding bell would be more peaceful. ❤ Thank you and blessings!

Thank you so much for this class. ❤ I feel renewed. My upper body is always so tight. My scapula hurts. My chest needs open up! The broken wing pose is soooo intense for me. But I finished feeling better 🎉😊thanks again.

Suggesting an easier modification would be good for this first one. I found it really high for me personally and difficult. Some modifiers would help to make the position more comfortable.

Wow, I needed every minute of that!!! My shoulders are thanking you! Another class to add to my favorites! The bell was a nice touch but I was so relaxed in that first heart opener, I was momentarily startled thinking it was my phone. 🥴After that, I found it a helpful signal that a pose was nearing the end. @@MovewithShaunneka oh! It didn’t bother me at all. It’s just new and honestly, there was no background noise in the video, so I almost looked up to see if it was buffering and then the bell rang. It was me being jumpy 😂 but yes, perhaps mentioning it at the beginning saying you’re introducing it, would be helpful. I really like it!!!

Good yin practice for post-workout. I modified the 2nd pose, which required cactus arm to a straight arm to put less pressure on my chest.

I like those stretches , however right after l feel good, my body generate the stress back again, as result l feel the need to stretch again and again. Any suggestions as to why my body have this need to stretch over and over again?

Hey, I understand what you mean. Could it be that you aren't fully relaxing? Could your mind be elsewhere? Sometimes, when we're just "doing" a class, we're not present. When doing a practice, you have to know what your intention is...tbh it takes time. However, the more you practice, the easier it becomes and the better you'll feel. I hope this helps! 🙏🏽
