I was looking for a video to help with stress in my life. I loved it until the end. I wish the savasana was done with us, I hate when you do a nice yoga video, you get into relaxation and then the teacher tells you to do it on your own, and then you get jolted by the next video on the youtube feed. I'd love to have this video with a built in relaxation at the end!

Lovely session. /i find that many of the on line yoga sessions are just too fast. Your pace really offers the essetnial opportunity to move effectively into the Breath. I've been practicing yoga daily for 3 years and am trainerd as yoga practitoner . After a recent life threatening diagnosis, surgery then a break of practice for a month, I find my practice has changed and my relationship with myself thru yoga is changing. I love yr deep and gentle approach, Many thanks *x

27:40 That's the pose I'm best at. Seriously though, I've had a digestion issue ths week that landed me in the hospital for an evening and it's left a tightness in my belly that completely kept me from grounding myself, I was even having some pseudo-dyspnea. I've just been through the routine you show here (plus some extra poses that I just enjoy) and I'm already feeling some release. I'm saving this video, I'll be doing it at least a couple times a week. Thank you so much!

Have been struggling with GERD trying to do it the 'natural' way with apple cider vinegar, baking soda etc which usually worked but this time not and in constant pain in centre of upper abdomen - felt like food not passing through from stomach to small intestine. Searches for diagnosis ame up with possible gastroparesis.... and the positive impact of vagal nerve stimulation. I've just completed your half hour exercise and feel so much better - relaxed and freed from the horrible too full feeling, pain/burning. Can't thank you enough! I'v gone into detail in the hope that other sufferers will discover this connection.

Thank you for this video! The sickness and death of a loved one have given me much stress and pain, on top of anxiety/struggling with life that existed prior. I have been doing yoga throughout but still feel like I need much more in order to heal as best as I can. I've been through traumatic months and it will take commitment to try to feel safe in my body. Videos like this help me find moments of calm, and I hope that with daily practice my health issues will improve... I do feel like repetitive, slower-paced movements like those being used here are beneficial to body & mind.

Very beautiful sequence for the Vagus Nerve , Gentle and nourishing .. ! Super soothing continuous guidance in the flow ..!! Many years ago when the awareness of the Vagus Nerve had just come into research .. . My yoga teacher had introduced us to the Vagus Nerve ,.. instructed me to read up as much as I could on the Vagus nerve and incorporate some exercises for its stimulation and improving the Vagal tone in our yoga class.( that i would be conducting for a month as he was going to be out of town for the whole month... . ) It was a super experience !! When I happened to come across this video whilst browsing, ( just now , late morning in India ) I was reminded of my experience ..and wanted to check this video .. and I did not want to stop watching it ! 🙂 Words cannot express how beautifully your class resonated with my inner soul space .. even though I only watched it and allowed the sensations and words to flow through my body ..💖 Deep Gratitude for this wonderful , Spiritual Connection 🙏🙏🙏💜 Thank you sooo much ! 😇 Namaste

Wow. This video kept popping up in my recommended videos sidebar. Been doing lots of stretches for the stiffness in my hips and lower back with not much success, but this has done wonders. Feel much better than I have in weeks. I used to do TONS of yoga when I was runner, but when I stopped running I pretty much left yoga, with an exception here and there, usually during the winter months. Might have to jump back in. Can even feel the improvement in mood and focus. Thank you!

Because of a 35 year old injury that I let go I have very little strength in my arms. If I hold downward dog more than a couple of seconds I wind up being injured and down for several days in pain. Is there a more gentle routine that would still stimulate the vagus nerve? I would think that seated twisting postures would do the trick. Would you consider making another vagus nerve stimulating yoga video that is more gentle? Maybe for the infirm an elderly? A lot of people with anxiety issues do not have the flexibility or the strength to do downward dog or hold any of the other later postures. Especially those who were injured in accidents or military veterans that have been injured in the line of duty. Namaste
