Just finished this one for the hustle 2024 program. It’s my birthday and it felt great to move today! Also 31 weeks pregnant with our second baby!! The body is incredible! Thank you Sydney! This talk made me cry! I cant believe how much better I am at hopping on one foot!!!! MS is never going to beat me. Accepting the challenge to work on me everyday to fight this disease. Tomorrow I will be 48 years old and in 2 weeks I will have had the diagnosis of MS for 13 years. In the beginning I was terrified of where I would be in my late 40s. Turns out with the help of Sydney and hard work I am doing good.

To all Sydney Newbies: I have only been doing Sydney’s workouts for a little over three months. What I would like to say is trust the process! Everything that Sydney does she does for a reason. Stick with it and commit to doing at least one work out a day and you will be amazed at how quickly you will start to see the results of your labor.

I always hated AMRAP cause it was boring, but I love how you do it - alternating two moves by fives. It makes it not boring and the time FLIES by that way. LOVE THIS!

These are my confessions-So I did not make working out a priority Sunday or Monday. Sunday, I accomplished nothing, yesterday I grocery shopped in fear and then I came home and organized a bit to set myself up for the week. The ONE thing I so want to do with these workouts is to do them EARLY in my day. I am so stuck on working out at 5 which I used to do before my responsibility list grew and so I get mad, nearly every day, that I don’t get up and do them that early. I can workout midday or late evening but my preference is right when I wake up.....which is no longer 5am. Today I worked out at 8am. I can say with confidence my body is definitely not used to this. I was half awake, but I got it done. The mere fact that I started this program is a win for me. I get a challenge in these workouts that I haven’t been able to give myself lifting or running. I LOVE what you said Sydney about not letting circumstances basically define what we can do and who we can become (I’m paraphrasing). Here’s an “air high five” to that 👋🏾!

Man! I usually hate the cardio workouts but this 30 min cardio and ab was great. It challenged me on some moves and the up/down between a lot of reps had me a little dizzy but I would do this again and again! Day #23/60 complete! I really want to encourage y’all to try her videos. She delivers an encouraging and powerful message/testimony at the end of each workout and it truly blesses me and pushes me to want to continue. I haven’t worked out like this since I first moved to Texas 2012. I dropped 30 pounds back then and gained almost all of it back over the last 8 years. So being able to complete these workouts, yes even the burpee set at the end (modified of course expect for three burpees), is encouraging myself to keep on pushing on. This time it’s truly not about saying I lost (insert # of pounds here) BUT it’s about building a healthier lifestyle and foundation for myself so I can live 35+ more years as a stronger and healthier woman! 🏋🏾♂️🏃🏾♀️💦💪🏾
