I like your video but is it necessary for everyone to do such a long warm up ? For years now I've only done a very short warm up. 3 minutes at the most. Would appreciate your advice on this. Thank you

Thanks for watching this one! I’m glad you enjoyed it and thanks for your question. Part of the reason why the warm up is longer in this type of format video is because I want my viewers to understand how to perform the exercises correctly. So going through the warm up one time often feels rushed so that’s why I like going through a 2nd rd. A warm up though can be very effective in as little as 3-5 minutes so I think what you’ve been doing is appropriate unless you need to spend more time in a specific area that might be bothering you with discomfort.
