Been doing step since 1992. Love your advanced classes. And I'm saving this one to my Favorites folder. Being able to turn my brain off and just let my body work was oddly relaxing. I'm sweating harder than I have in almost any of your other classes. Awesome awesome class!! (Even the music was 90s ;-) ) Who leaves during abs? That's the most classic part of cardio classes!!

This was so good! I stayed for the whole thing and one day I'll make it for a live workout 🧐 Remember to bend your knees for the core work especially people with bad knees or EDS!

Loved this fast basic where we just kept moving. And turning the step vertical for part of it. Fun and challenging and super sweaty. I did as much of the abs/core as I could, but that darn work thing made me have to leave early. I'll save this one to do again!

loved this workout. it's good not to have to think about a move all the time and just get that brain break. it kills me when people leave when stretching. if you have 45 min to do the workout you have 2 minutes to stretch. thanks chris for these amazing workouts you give us. 💙💛

Enjoyed this so much! Haven't done fast basic in a while, so this was a fun change up. And switching to vertical step partway through kept things interesting as well. Loved the 30 minutes of cardio followed by abs and cooldown--great format! Thank you!

First time doing 140bpm, and it surprises me how much faster 140 is than 136. :-). And you threw in some vertical step, which is another first for me. I had to modify a fair amount to stick with stuff I know to keep the pace, but I did it! Love the variety you offer in your workouts.
