Loved this, the last 2 songs I was getting it n feeling it or as I say 'catching the beat! It just clicked! Always loved dancing to those songs! Was able to do a few advance moves as well basic not easy!

If anyone is thinking about getting better at step and feeling like there’s a move that you can’t pick up Chris’ tutorials are invaluable. I have been able to do so much more on the step by going through them when I can’t figure it out during the workouts I just find the tutorial for the move (even the most challenging ones) and have been able to get them with practice. As always great music & not having to have commercials break up the workouts make this channel the best!! Thank you Chris!

For me, it makes it a liiiittle bit harder to get/remember the moves through the first reps, but I still get it pretty quickly so it doesn't matter It's great to have a choice !

Fantastic, sweaty class, perfect for a cool Friday morning! I love this concept of mixing all levels into one class which allows me to try some of the "advanced" move and then reverting to intermediate or basic if I can't really get them and feel fantastic about it and not like I am not getting it like I sometimes feel if in full advanced classes. This why Christina is the best at teaching and responding to everyone's level with grace and motivation to push us all a bit more. ❤️

I am grateful for finding your amazing classes. I am very new to your classes, but your style of teaching feels like a good fit for me. I taught dance aerobics and H2O aerobics , along with taking many dance classes in college. I found my love. of Step Aerobics while living in Japan many years ago. This was a fun, sweaty one! I have been doing step off and on since the 90s, the same 3 basic routines with my old Jane Fonda step. I started up again about a year ago and kept searching for new routines to try and never found anything I enjoyed. Some I had to stop in the middle because the instructors just werent that good. One day one of your videos came up and I gave it a try and stopped my search! I finally found someone I loved and you have so many workouts to do with fun music and different levels and length of workouts. I started with basic and then intermediate. I can only do some advanced when it is a slower pace since I'm 64 and dont want to get too fancy and break a hip, lol. I am so happy I found your channel. You make step fun, you are a great instructor and I so appreciate what you do. Thank you ❤

Hi Chris! I'm new here. Just stopping by to say my sister recommended your channel and I gotta say I love it! I've been doing your workouts for a couple of weeks now. You are so positive and your workouts are so fun with your upbeat attitude and they're so challenging! Last time I stepped was 1998! A lot has changed and I love it's not so boring anymore. New moves!!! You are right that it's so good for your brain. At age 49, I suffered a massive hemorrhagic stroke a year ago that nearly took my life. I have recovered for the most part (I'm very blessed). My memory remains spotty at best. I can testify, like you say, that this makes your brain work hard! I wondered why I was having such a difficult time with it. I get exhausted by the end but it's different than physical exhaustion. It's a mental kind. That is how I know I'm getting a brain workout. Thanks for always pointing that out for us. I was getting so frustrated and down on myself because I can't always keep up. Now I realize why, and I look at it more positively and I don't get so flustered! I just rewind (and rewind) I look at it as making progress. Neuroplasticity is a wonderful thing! Thanks for this channel. It is helping me more than you know! It's a kindness to do it for virtually free. You must work 24/7! Thank you, thank you for all you do!
