I don’t do a lot of foam rolling often but I found many tight spots in my legs. This was a good stretch because it’s definitely different than normal but so needed. Thank you Chris!

Omg who knew the foam roller was such a weapon of torture 😳 I clearly needed this very much as it was very uncomfortable… nite to self … do more foam roller regularly 💪🏼 .. Thank you Chris .. I think 😂

Foam rolling..it hurts so good!! I love finding the spot that needs it. I feel so good when I’m done. It was Jim’s first attempt & there was lots of moaning but he needed it & liked it.

Haven't done foam rolling in a while, but really enjoyed it today after a basic step class. I need to take the time and make the effort to get back into doing it on a more regular basis. Did I hear you say something thus past week about doing some rolling?😊

I didn’t feel anything on my calves, HOWEVER, the side quad roll was torture and the straight on quad roll was rough too. So, I guess I’m doing something right? Thanks for teaching these classes!!

Good morning! You may just need to strengthen your arms a little, also you can drop to your forearms if your wrists hurt

I use the hard one, but you could use whatever works best for you!

@@EmiliaGarciaHaurie You could use a rolled up yoga mat, but it will not be as effective. You can get one on amazon. I am not sure where you live, but stores have them as well
