I had to pause and comment on your positive messaging. I was one of those who thought I needed to burn 1000 calories a day to offset my eating or if I did not meet 500 -700 as a minimum (on my watch), I could not stop thinking about it throughout the day. What you just said hit me hard, it doesn't matter what the watch says...I know when I have had a good workout and my body rejoices because of it. Now I am not saying that I don't watch the calories burn't. I record it and forget it. What is done is done and I know that I always give it my best - whatever my best is for that day. I have learnt to love a good workout (weights, stretch, cardio, etc.) and know that I am able and get to exercise. Your positive messaging on the daily has helped guide my mindset shift to be more accepting of what I can and should be doing vs. what my old headspace is yelling at me. Thank you for what you do - know that you DO make a positive difference in the world.

I just love a good old fashioned aerobics class.... I got proper sweaty, the music was a perfect match and I smiled all the way through. That's a priceless feel good factor...thank you so much.... I hope everyone enjoyed it as much as I did.

This took me back in time to the early 80s when I first started doing aerobics with my mama's Jane Fonda tape. I LOVE, LOVE Chris' high/low cardio. This one is packed full of nostalgia including the music. The only thing missing were my leotard and leg warmers. DO this FUN cardio session. .Don't be dumb, get you some. Thanks, Chris!💜 (PS...You can keep it low impact and still workup a good sweat!)

Great fluid moves for 40 straight minutes- this was a low impact/high energy workout with great vibes and music. Arm burn forced my hand --I ended up dropping the weights for the last few arm exercises, which was totally fine! Plus, I got my grapevines in for the day.

Whenever I just don’t feel like working out for whatever reason, I “dance with Chris”. It lifts my mood, makes me forget my worries and remember what is important in life, gets the sweat and endorphins flowing and just gives me an all round boost. It makes the whole day better. Thanks Chris!!

I always like to give my body a bit of a break on Thursday, so I appreciate the high/low workouts. I can judge by how my body is feeling and adjust my intensity level. Also, not sure why but I always feel very awkward doing "the Brady." Glad I am in my basement and no one can see me. Marsha would have totally kicked me off the stage.

I had so much fun. I looked up "The Breaks" for The Producer. 😂 The informal phrase "these are the breaks" means "fate" or "the way things happen". For example, you might say "Sorry to hear about your bad luck, but I guess those are the breaks". It's similar to the saying "that's the way the cookie crumbles".

This was a fabulous workout. I didn't feel too well this morning as I woke up, but when I chose this workout, I knew exactly how I would feel after- energised, happy and proud to be working out with Chris. The music was so good and loved all the old-school aerobics moves. This must be one of my favourite cardio aerobics workouts out there!

This workout brought me back to the days when we were at the gym in person and we would do those moves/routine then turn to the right then to the back then to left. I wasn’t in the mood to do any kind of workout today, but I knew that 5 minutes into this the fun would take over and I would be hooked! I was so right, what a great old school cardio session! I loved it and I stayed to the end even the arm segment and of course the stretch!

I used to have an addiction to my apple watch, I even had my husband wear it one day when I had outpatient surgery because I had a streak goin!! Even though I knew better, I did not like that I was not burning as many calories during my weight sessions and I was over compensating with extra stuff for my watch! I love that you don't put much focus on the steps or calories. I haven't worn my watch in months and although i might wear it again because it is so cute, I do not plan to let it rule over me. Thanks so much for your positive attitude and awesome channel!

I was smiling and jumping at the same time. I switched from high to low impact. It’s amazing how a 2 lb weight can week wonders on the arms. I still need you to explain the move that’s called the “ Brady Bunch “ 🤔

I’ve said this before but I can’t thank you enough for your strength training classes. Last year I had resigned myself to giving up on higher impact activities because of right knee pain. Did this whole workout - higher impact version and very little discomfort. Just a twinge here and there. Your workouts are phenom and so are TOU!
