didn't think i was going to be a huge fan of this format but i loved it - had been putting it off so when i needed a new video to do today i finally got back to it. brought me back to my crossfit days but was more fun and accessible. plus my shins are sweaty! always a good sign! happy sunday everyone.

This was tough! Did it with my 21 lb weights. I am amazed at how much stronger I have gotten since starting NML. I used to only ever use above 15 lb for legs, and now I include my 21 lb for arms too. Thanks for pushing me and for putting the workouts out there. 9 months PP with my 4th child and feeling so amazing!

Great format, loved it! Enjoyed being able to burn out at my pace. The timer is motivating, and I like when you mention what weights you're using because it helps me gauge what weights I need to grab (not quite where you're at "yet"!). This went by fast, thank you!

Excited to jump into this 14-day challenge! This one was a doozy! Had to pause the video multiple times to catch my breath. Trying to give myself grace about it by reminding myself I’m doing this with less oxygen (I’m based in Denver and being 5280ft above sea level is really humbling whenever I workout 😅). Will definitely save this video for the future with the goal of not pressing pause so I can truly benefit from the AMRAP format ❤️

Instead of a like button, we need a Holy Bananas button!! For those that have access to Trader Joe’s, their steamed lentils are amazing. Sold refrigeratored. I put them on salads , or eat plain with humus and feta in them. 🙌🏻 great to have on hand.
