I would consider this strength workout a super workout to progress in weight loss over time! I would definitely suggest this type of full body workout with no equiptment at least once a week.
Always remember that we are ALL different so don’t hesitate to make this YOUR own workout… take longer breaks if needed, also, if you’re ready to kick more a…. feel free to add a superset! 😏
