This is the kundalini yoga kriya for the 10th body, which is the radiant body in kundalini yoga teachings. The radiant body is our charisma and magnetism. It's our subtle light that others notice and pay attention to, and when it's strong, we are invincible! It's quite a physical kriya, with adjustments for those who are struggling with that level of physicality today!
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
