THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH. I showed this to my physical therapist to get approval and modifications for my exercise routine to increase flexibility and independence and balance. I am slowly getting some mobility back. I appreciate this free video as I am now on social security which barely covers basic necessities. (retirement income at 67 means depleting my savings fast). Although I cannot get down on the floor I do these on my bed.

Thank you coach Kim 🥰 thanks for sharing I’m 61 and I can get on the floor but if someone is struggling they can do this on their bed 🙏

For seniors? I dont mean to be rude but I don't know too many seniors who can get on the floor like this.

Hi Michelle! Allow us to explain a little: We do not recommend a 30-minute workout to be the first workout done after an extended amount of time, we suggest working up to it with any of the other smaller durations Coach Kim has such as 5, 10, 15, etc (You can find these on her playlist! vhealth.link/brl). These exercises also do not have to be performed on the floor with a cushy mat, they can also be done while laying in bed. And as always, you should always consult with your doctor before starting any exercise or stretching routine, this videos are meant to show correct form and be a source of motivation to get moving 😊 As Coach Kim says, "Movement is medicine, and motion is lotion."
