The following practice is a 30 minute guided mindful walking meditation to support you in feeling grounded, centered, and peaceful. Walking meditations can be especially helpful if sitting meditations feel a bit too challenging or when your body is needing some movement. This meditation will help you connect with yourself and your environment in a present and curious way. Thank you for joining me.
