This is one of the best 10 minute yoga videos ever. I always leave feeling loose, and like all the most important stiff spots have started working their way out. I love doing this video prior to any other yoga video as a warm up (because most don’t hit like this does!). 15/10 stars.

I just looked back at my first comment and I have been doing this 10 min flow in the mornings as a non negotiable for almost 3 years!!! I know it my heart but still love going through it with Shona. Great way to start the day and ensure no matter what you get a little bit of movement in

I have been doing this for a month, seen improvement in flexibility but mostly seen a huge improvement in my back and neck tension, which was clearly contributing to headaches, and now they are far less frequent. Thank you for offering a quick practice. It’s a small win everyday for a busy mom, and the help with the headaches is a life-saver.

I often get so sleepy after lunch, which just affects my mood and work for the rest of the day. I just did this 20 minutes after eating to help rejuvenate me and it really worked! I'm so much more energized to face the second half of the workday. No afternoon slump! Thank you for this!

30-Day observation: I've done this stretch video as a part of my new morning routine for 30 of the last 40 days or so. I used to wake up so sore physically "bleh" and also realized I was losing some range of motion in general (thank you 30s). I decided to look specifically for a quick and effective way to use and wake up all of my muscles groups in the am. Not only have the exercises made me a lot more limber and fluid, I think the combination of deep breaths in every sequence has made me more alert, awake and ready to take on the day after this short video! Thank you Shona! So glad I found you :)

I honestly never really believed in yoga but after just this quick 10min stretch I can *feel* my whole body relax and become more energized. Great for the morning and maybe even in the middle of the day when you need a little pick me up!

After a longggg time without doing yoga, I've just done this great quick practice and promised myself to do it every day (at least M-F) as soon as I wake up. Thank you Shona for sharing the good stuff and reminding me of the power of yoga with a daily quickie, from a fellow PT 🙏

I’ve started doing this everyday during my 14 day isolation! The first few times I had sooo much tension doing the forward folds and chin tucks, now I have hardly any! I wouldn’t even consider myself sedentary / inflexible, but to begin with I could barely get into the seated position at the end to do the side stretches, now everyday it’s getting easier and I’m getting more flexible. Will continue to do this for the foreseeable future, I love it!

I do this every morning as a little pre warm up to other yoga practices or workouts and it reallyyy helps to stretch me out and especially get my neck eased into movement which is amazing as I often suffer from neck strain! Such a perfect quick little yoga stretch routine to wake up the mind as well as the body too, thank you Shona!

This video is a winner! Its short but hits all the right spots. Its helped me work mobility into my morning everyday. I started seeing improvements after a few days, been doing for over a week and already feel like my body is different. Thanks Shona 👌 *Suggestion* Would love to see a similar 10 min video with a few more shoulder/back, and feet moves.

loved this, the fast pace is both stretching and love how you are just yourself and give me good laughs waking up! Especially loved the side body flow -it is often ignored, and feels so goooooood to release!

First attempt at the 10 min morning stretch. Used to go to local yoga class and body needs to get back into it. Really enjoyed this will aim to stretch every day and hopefully once my body is feeling more supple incorporate longer sessions.

I absolutely love these morning routines. I've been stretching everyday for about 2 months to improve flexibility and it really helps to warm up and relieve some of the sore muscles.

Hey Shona! I've been doing this with a mix of pilates (once a week) for the past few weeks and this has been a godsend! I have the tightest hips and hamstrings, and really feel like this has made all the difference. Would love to have more ten min sessions. Would you consider doing a 5 or 7 part series for each day of the week? I've been repeating this one as it's the perfect pace, but would love another to mix things up :)

@Shona This was a great sequence full of stretches I'd never tried before. Thank you, my hips feel so much better. I do have to say the white walls in your videos makes the videos look over exposed in a way and it's a bit difficult to see on my laptop. Perhaps you could filter the video in some way?

I really enjoy this as part of my morning routine. When I really tuck my neck during the forward folds, I feel a sharp tension/pain all the way down to my middle back. Do you have any guidance on how to tell if you're getting a good stretch for that area vs. hurting it? And maybe what else to do to release that area?

That sounds very Nerve-y. I would have that checked by a physio or osteo so that they can monitor your movement and structure in person. xx

I started yesterday and really enjoy it. The only thing is when I do the dog position I cannot put my feet flat on the mat. I'm hoping that it'll get better by practicing ... Thank you!
