Anyone else here for Fan favourites August 2023?! This was intense but fun at the same time 😊. Cant believe how much my mindset has changed working out with Sydney, as i certainly would have chosen the longer workout option in the past but ive learned its not about the duration but what you put into it! 💖

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (32:34): "Make a promise now that you're going to keep, long after the hype has died." The two habits I'm going to focus on this month and then build on after this month are 1) drinking 70 oz of water per day and 2) make a daily meal plan and stick to it. Happy New Year, everyone!

Great goals! One thing that helps me with water intake is a Yeti cup! Yes I know they are expensive but SO worth it! You deserve it! I fill it with water at about 9 am and just drink it alllll daaay. I'm telling you, it really helps! Good luck with goals!

WOW! NEW Dumbbells set the tone for an amazing NEW year and NEW decade. I commit to drinking 64 oz water/day AND going up in weight every time Sydney asks "can you go up" (when it's possible without compromising form and I have the weights - stocked all the way up to 35 now!) Let's make it real 🙌

So excited to be starting this year with Sydney! For all the new people checking this channel out -- Sydney is the best trainer you could ask for! She won't judge you if you need breaks, rest, or if you do less weight one day. She's there for your long-term progress. Some of these exercises, especially the compound movements (where she does multiple things at once), may seem a bit daunting to those new to using weights. If they're intimidating, simplify the movements (like doing just a lunge, or just a squat instead, which she often shows you how to do). You'll quickly gain the balance, stability, and muscle strength you need to eventually complete these movements with confidence. Trust yourself to push through and build these healthy habits. If you're having a day where you don't think you can do it, just hit play on the video, go through the warm-up, and trust me -- you'll quickly say to yourself "well, I'm here now -- let's do it", and you'll crush it! You can do it! :) Cheers to what we all hope will be a happier, healthier new year!

I I’m here from fun favourite august 2023 and that was what I neeeeeed!! I’ve been working out with Sydney since 2019 and I always keep on track and feel good after every workout! I am a bus driver and working out the back part of the body is what I want to keep doing most as I have back and legs pain, with this kind of workout I feel way better ! Thank you so much 💪🏻❤️

29 weeks pregnant and Crushed It! I modified the Supermans into a bird dog posture of sorts. I’ve been loving and crushing Sydney’s workouts for a long time, but I felt the most fired up and empowered today! I’m using that “nesting energy” for crushing my workouts!

I love your consistency! Strength training is perfect after yesterday's cardio session. I am not big on commemorating the transition from one year to another, so, I especially love that this workout, despite belonging to a new program, provides continuity.
