Sydney's Daily Wisdom (32:56): "The way we get results is that we do it anyways." Our job is to show up, work hard, and let Sydney guide us every step of the way. In 2020 I learned to show up consistently regardless of how I was feeling. In 2021, I want to continue to work hard, push myself with heavier weights and higher intensity, and dial in my nutrition and water intake.

I encourage you to start the workout and if after 10 minutes into the workout you still aren't feeling it then you could hit stop then. Unless you are so sore you think you'll risk injury. If that's the case I'd stretch and rest today. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water too.

Before the pandemic, I was going to the gym doing a boot camp workout 3-4 day a week. That all stopped in March. At 70, it didn’t take long for the muscles to rebel and stiff joints return. Thank you for getting me back on track.

This year my goal is consistency and positivity.. Consistency in showing up for my workouts every morning and healthy eating. Positivity in what I’ve already accomplished and just overall mindset. I’ve lost 40 pounds within this last year and lift more than double the heaviest weight I started with. Most of this progress following your video workouts! Thank you so much Sydney! I loved this workout. I’m so grateful for you! To all the new people coming in keep doing it you got this. I started 6 months ago and I was completely out of shape and obese! I’m telling you you got this Sydney is the BEST! My body has changed so much and I’m getting so strong and I love that feeling. I have never felt like a strong person until now. Don’t give up please I promise you you will love it. I started with 2 pound weights that’s all I had and I slowly got more weights and now I’m so much stronger. Thank you Sydney for everything. Day 2 and I woke up feeling energized and brought it all to the mat today! Love me a good Strength & Conditioning workout with compound movements. It's a true testament to my strength. One of my goals for 2021 is to continue building my ab strength. The core is the foundation to so many things from basic daily mobility movements in life to strength training. Bring on that 6 pack 🙌
