Today is my boyfriends birthday and he wanted me to work out with him so I’m at his gym while he does his birthday workout I’ve got Sydney on my phone in my corner doing our thing! Hes yelling words of encouragement and loving hearing Sydney pump us up! Such a fun way to work out! Crushed it 💪🔥

Sydney's Daily Wisdom (32:56): "The way we get results is that we do it anyways." Our job is to show up, work hard, and let Sydney guide us every step of the way. In 2020 I learned to show up consistently regardless of how I was feeling. In 2021, I want to continue to work hard, push myself with heavier weights and higher intensity, and dial in my nutrition and water intake.

Who else is loving these thirty minute workouts? So non-intimidating; I know I can always squeeze one into my day. Caught a glimpse of my dark eye circles during the workout from mom-ing 24/7 🧟‍♀️ So I seriously appreciate these short but intense workouts. Thank you Sydney! I didn't do yesterday's workout, I was so tired from not getting enough sleep because of the new years eve. But I woke up today with positive attitude, and ready to crush what Sydney has done to me. I'm so grateful for you Sydney, for always being there even if we weren't.

I encourage you to start the workout and if after 10 minutes into the workout you still aren't feeling it then you could hit stop then. Unless you are so sore you think you'll risk injury. If that's the case I'd stretch and rest today. Make sure you are drinking plenty of water too.

I just finished it .. I loved it . You want my opinion don’t think about: put your workout clothes on and just jump into it, you will not regret especially since tomorrow is stretch day 🙆‍♀️

Before the pandemic, I was going to the gym doing a boot camp workout 3-4 day a week. That all stopped in March. At 70, it didn’t take long for the muscles to rebel and stiff joints return. Thank you for getting me back on track.

Just read the Forbes article “Sydney Cummings Is Committed To Bringing Fitness To The World For Free”. Good for you Sydney! Well deserved recognition!!! I’ve been exercising with you since the start of the pandemic and this is my first time commenting. Thank you so much for the daily variety, the commercial free workouts and the treasure trove of workouts that I can pick and choose from everyday (can’t forget to mention how I appreciate that all the videos are organized in a manner so they are easy to find, like the Power Program videos). Keep up the great work and love that color combo on you!

The beginning of the year is always a tough period for me, cause I am always (genuinely) ready to set fitness and nutritions goals, but hardly able to really commit, for a variety of reasons mainly related to self-confidence. Challenging myself this year to show up every day you post! I struggle in keeping a routine, started Jan 1st & want to make it a point to workout every day, if not 6 days a week! This year my goal is consistency and positivity.. Consistency in showing up for my workouts every morning and healthy eating. Positivity in what I’ve already accomplished and just overall mindset. I’ve lost 40 pounds within this last year and lift more than double the heaviest weight I started with. Most of this progress following your video workouts! Thank you so much Sydney! I loved this workout. I’m so grateful for you! To all the new people coming in keep doing it you got this. I started 6 months ago and I was completely out of shape and obese! I’m telling you you got this Sydney is the BEST! My body has changed so much and I’m getting so strong and I love that feeling. I have never felt like a strong person until now. Don’t give up please I promise you you will love it. I started with 2 pound weights that’s all I had and I slowly got more weights and now I’m so much stronger. Thank you Sydney for everything. I can’t wait until you reach that million subscriber mark and you get to 10 million and on and on bc you deserve this we deserve this. Free kick butt workouts!

Day 2 and I woke up feeling energized and brought it all to the mat today! Love me a good Strength & Conditioning workout with compound movements. It's a true testament to my strength. One of my goals for 2021 is to continue building my ab strength. The core is the foundation to so many things from basic daily mobility movements in life to strength training. Bring on that 6 pack 🙌
