I've been at this for 4 weeks now. I'm just now able to get through whole 30 mins. I'm 54 years old and thought I was in pretty good shape until this workout. Make no mistake, its an azz kicker.

I like that Adam really encourages the viewers to take our own pace, which is very affirmative. He also waits for us to finish and cheers us on, which really made me feel motivated!

Wow, surprised at the hate in the comments. First off, no one can help their body type, it's genetic. You can't help being big-boned (literally) any more than you can help being a stick. Workouts are for YOUR benefit, not other's eye candy. As far as the work-out goes, yeah, a little much with the high-fives but I really did like this guys personality. He seems less like a bro and more like someone who just genuinely likes what he's doing. I don't think it's healthy (or really possible) to encourage others if you're miserable or completely focused on yourself. I liked this guy.

As a fitness instructor, I really liked his instructing/talking. He was commenting on everything I remind my class participants of, during my classes. If it was not tough enough, maybe do another round, or add some jumping jacks or run in place in between each set.

This is my favorite bodyweight workout I have found online. It is perfect for my lifestyle (I don't own workout equip nor can I afford a gym membership). I turn this on 1-2x/week and thanks to you all, I am starting to see results! I started off only being able to do one round and can now do 2 without feeling completely wiped! Next goal is 3! This is the best 30-minute workout I've ever done! Clear and concise exercises and explanations..... slow enough so you can control your movements and actually follow along with the video but fast enough to leave you drenched in sweat. Towards the end I almost gave up but Adam and the team "cheered" me along to the finish! Will be doing this one again and again!!!

I've been doing this for the last two years and at this point I can do it 6 times repeating the very last cycle they do on the video (it's the quickest). I regularly do the other workouts from Popsugar as well (with Jake, Raneir etc.) but this one has always been the most challenging one so I keep coming back for it. Thank you Popsugar!

By far the best online 30 minute workout I have ever done. He is motivating and his technique is right on par. As a fitness instructor, I need to branch out and use other people's workouts for motivation at home and also for ideas for my own classes and this was terrific! Perfect for all levels of fitness. I am drenched! I loved the focus on self worth and self appreciation as well. I always try to incorporate that into my classes. Thanks Adam! Nice job!

I usually don't like when instructors talk this much throughout the workout. That said, I think Adam's words of encouragement were a great morale booster through some of the tougher sets, and I found myself really liking his talking by the end of the video. Like some of the comments say, if you don't like the talking write down the sets and do them on your own time or watch it on mute. Great video! I also love seeing everyone's fitness goal progression stories in the comments. Keep sharing and live your best life!

This is actually an excellent 15-20 minute workout if you repeat the 6 moves on your own about 4-6 times. If you try to do the workout along with the video you will not be able to keep your heart rate up unless you are a beginner and you will waste 15 minutes listening to him talk . He explains the mechanics of each movement well. I suggest watching it to learn the moves and then doing it on your own.

I personally appreciate "all the talking" everyone is complaining about lol. I don't have a mirror to check my posture and what-not so I find it helpful that he explains the moves and reminds you to keep your abs in, shoulders back, etc.

I liked Adam's style. He is good at reminding you to check your form and teaching tips on form. He is also good at positive talk during the workout. If I could make one reccomendation to Popsugar it would be to fill in rest time with fitness tips and facts and more positive focus. It really made me work harder when Adam did those things. Thanks!

As for all these complaints about the excessive talking,well i needed those resting periods,lol.I like the instruction and the motivational speaking was ok.There are those like me who just started working out recently so the workout would be more than intense enough even with the talking.But I prefer to exercise without watching a video,to know the workout,so then I can focus more on the work.I already remember the six exercises but the numerous warm-up exercises and cool -downs and the variations don't all seem necessary.I'd just use a few of them and get on with the workout.

Adam was very motivating. The small pep talks in between about pushing yourself actually helped a lot. I managed to get through this workout just barely.
