Sweaty and energized at 23 weeks pregnant with baby 4. I prefer lifting and dread cardio but I always love the way I feel after a cardio workout. I always end up pushing myself harder than I think I can. Thanks Sydney ❤

I'm not a huge lover of cardio so I wasn't too excited about this workout. I don't know how Sydney did it, but I found myself really enjoying this one. I didn't pause the video multiple times to get a break. I just followed Sydney's pace. It was a challenge to push myself, but I felt so powerful at the end for having done so.

I love how Sydney always takes into account all fitness levels. Even years after doing these on youtube she always takes into account all levels, the beginners and the pros. Another thing is her ending speeches are always spot on to what I am feeling. Thankful that I found her
