Wow...I was dreading this (cardio is not my fave) but I found myself feeling emotional when I finished this one because I actually loved it -- feeling amazing and ready to kick off this weekend! No one is coming for me...I got here myself. But thanks for being here when I arrived!!!!!!!!!

Sweaty and energized at 23 weeks pregnant with baby 4. I prefer lifting and dread cardio but I always love the way I feel after a cardio workout. I always end up pushing myself harder than I think I can. Thanks Sydney ❤

I'm not a huge lover of cardio so I wasn't too excited about this workout. I don't know how Sydney did it, but I found myself really enjoying this one. I didn't pause the video multiple times to get a break. I just followed Sydney's pace. It was a challenge to push myself, but I felt so powerful at the end for having done so.

Yes! Great talk - when my students get slouching we all get up up & do some stretching & jumping around to re-energize. Movement gives us energy for sure! 👍🏼

I love how Sydney always takes into account all fitness levels. Even years after doing these on youtube she always takes into account all levels, the beginners and the pros. Another thing is her ending speeches are always spot on to what I am feeling. Thankful that I found her

3 weeks out from a cervical C-6 fusion.. My D-I-L got me hooked up with Sydney.Finished the 21 day Pump.. now on day 3 of crush.. Sydney is by far the best exercise trainer I have found.. I am a 50 year old women.. Thanks for all you do..

So happy I found y our workouts. Thank you. As a traveling flight nurse, it’s sometimes hard to get to the gym in the hotels. Also, since menopause, it’s so hard to maintain my weight. Please, keep your videos coming. I love them.
