I'm a beginner with Piyo. I've done both pilates and yoga before but its been some years. This was hard as hell but your voice is so calming and reassuring I felt like it was really the way that you taught the class that got me through it! I really loved the workout and I'm so happy your video was the first I tried because it will definitely make me come back and not give up!

I loved this workout even though I only made it half way through today! I'm going to make it all the way through eventually. I going for a walk now! Thanks for all you do!!!

I have been doing PiYo on Chalene Johnson's video series from BeachBody for years (mixed with other things) and love it, but was getting bored. I am so glad I ventured out and your video popped up. It was challenging yet so so easy to follow. Your queues were great and at one point I felt like I was going to be sick, so we both know I was being pushed where I haven't been before. Thank you for the video! I'll definitely be back!

This was a good, fun workout! Thank you so much❤️ On those plank-shoulder-taps, try keeping your hips stabilized. It makes the core really fire up!

I’m 68 and trying to get back into healthy movement after conquering cancer. Love your workout and have subscribed for more! I have only 1 piece of constructive criticism: the background water noise (at least I think it’s water). I find it distracting and often difficult to hear your voice. It’s not a huge problem since I’m hoping that when I get to know your routine better, I can just turn off the audio. Thanks for your realistic warmup and general speed throughout the workout!

Hi! Other trainers I have watched have advised using your fist instead of an open palm to ease wrist pain.

Alana Cranston you can do it at an incline or occasionally make a fist or put your hands on weights to keep your wrists locked.
