Got 45 minutes before I have to leave...doing this quickly on a beautiful Sunday morning on my back porch in Summerville, SC. My friend and I are getting up at 5am doing your workouts in her driveway before we have to wake kids up for school at 6am. It's the hight light of our DAY! Normally there is 4-5 mom friends and I doing it, but not everyone is ready for 5am. We started last week to get in the habit for when school starts tomorrow. It's a great way to start the day.

Excellent workout! Covid19 didn't cause me to gain 19 pounds, but I sure lost 19% of my fitness. I used to do hour-long workouts like this all the time, and today I couldn't even make it through this 30-minute session! But I am determined to turn things around. great workout loved it, i just could not do it very well on my right side due to tight hip. i miss my sunday workouts in Boston at my local gym with my awesome pico instructor. i think Piyo is a great combo of both yoga and pilates. i find that either workout alone can get a bit boring. I got to follow you daily to get my flexibility back. tough to get it back when u lose it. I dont believe and dont want to believe that u lose flexibility when u age. we only lose it if we dont move the right way.so I'm on the way to get it back at 53

I didn't know piYo, it was my first time today, I loved it, dificult at first but when I understood the movements (if I say it right) it was interesting!!! I did it after a 40min dumbbell superset shred workout of yours and it was exhausted for me!!! 🥴!! Thank you for what you do!! By the way... I like the 2 songs at the end
