@@PHOENIXNATIONFITNESS I mostly do weight training, body building mostly. Been lifting for over 25 years now but have a lot of fat to lose. I lift 2-4 hrs a day 5-6 days a week, but have been adding cardio every day 1-2 hrs a day also. It’s nice to change up my cardio to your workouts to keep it more interesting, plus you’re a very beautiful lady also. Thanks for what you do

My problem woth rope is the breast. I have a very big breast and always soring a little cause the impact, even with more than one sport bras. And you can do it outdoor in the park, but its like doing an spectacle. These problems stop me a little.
