As always, love it! You have helped me tremendously especially remembering the order of exercises which I seem to forget. I love my chair and can’t wait for the next set of exercises. I have a complete Pilates studio for my own personal use, studied for 11 years in which I had to travel to get to my expert trainer and now I have YOU! love it,thanks. I learned to do the unilateral push up on my forearm on the chair while the other hand on the pedal,maybe is a tip is you have wrist issue.I will try your way .

Yes give the exercise try - I have not seen it done as you describe with the forearm on the chair - I suspect the same as you - that it may be for someone that has a wrist issue? Not sure... Hi Kim, thanks so much for watching and for sharing your thoughts and questions with us here. Check out this video on the Pilates Foot Corrector kzbin.info/www/bejne/m5K4q4xmZtqjaa8 and a recent video I did on the feet and toes kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z32sg5d8jq6aeqs I will also mention that my husband dealt with his plantar fascia in the following way and it went away and he keeps it at bay: he rolled the bottom of his feet from heel to ball of foot over a golf ball, back and forth breaking up and "combing out" the fibers. This is painful but effective - he's kinda stoic - due to the hardness of the golf ball. The Foot corrector massage does the same thing. Again it is a bit painful, but done regularly it can give you some relief. You could choose a tennis ball or spikey ball to start if the golf ball is too painful... I hope I was able to help and answer your question :) xox

Andrea ~ Would you post the list you are using for the order of Wunda Chair exercises somewhere so we can download it or copy/paste it? Thanks! Love your transition of riding the pedal down for backwards arms!
