The reformer is so supportive lying down. What a contrast when the support is taken away when lying face down on the box and pulling straps. Thanks for showing these moves.

Hi Rex - thanks so much for watching - you are so right - from the Footwork and then same body position to lie on the box for the Pull straps and then suspended in the air in the Long Stretch - all so different yet so similar.

@@PilatesAndrea When I do the moves where the support is taken away I realize how important the basic moves like the roll up and the 100 are. Now I do the 100 & roll up with more awareness of my core muscle strength.
