My training was contemporary approach. I've learned so much about classical approach from your videos, thanks so much for the "real" ness of your teaching. You're so inspiring~ I enjoy all the extra that you put into explaining how exercises are same on different equip't, too!!!

Toni thank you so much for watching - and your comment totally made my day! I so appreciate your self-exploration of the classical system. I love the way all the exercises in the system work together - it can really help you as a teacher and/or as a practitioner to communicate so effectively with your students and better your own workout. It's my favorite Pilates game to play LOL Keep up the great work and have a wonderful day!

You make it look easy! I always struggle with the hand stand so much. I can't seem to get the pedal up :( By the way are you using a gratz wunda chair? Thanks for sharing as always- I'm learning so much 🥰

Hi Andrea!. Did this quick work out yesterday before I started my work day and I was pumped all morning. Loved it. I still have some difficulties doing the twist on the chair. I usually progress to that exercise from the fish (or side sit up, I’ve seen it named both ways depending on the book), in which I find it extremely difficult to find my balance. Could you do a tutorial on those exercises?. Thanks for your videos and your dedication to help us be better in our pilates practice.

Hi Personal - so nice to see you here again - thank you for watching :) Yes, I know the exercise you mean - I think I learned it as the Fish as well. but it is clearly a side sit up as well LOL Thank you for the suggestion and I would love to do a tutorial on these 2 exercises - stay tuned. These 2 - especially the twist exercise are confusing and challenging for everyone. You'll see what I mean when I do them in the tutorial ha ha. Have a great day and thank you for your support - xox
