Yes, please do a review of Christina's book! I just received my copy a couple weeks ago - perfect quarantine timing btw - and it is simply the best book I've found on the Wunda Chair! I am still poring over it and am actually keeping it on my Wunda Chair so I can reference it easily before or after workouts to fine tune things (ie myself). Thanks again for another marvelous and challenging Wunda Chair workout!

Thanks! I am planning to film a video review of the book - I may do it in 2 parts - like a first impressions and then a more in depth review in a few months after I have had it for a while... so stay tuned it is on the list :) Thank you for your help here in the comments too - xox

But seriously, the Wunda Chair can be daunting but your book makes it all the more enticing and fun. xox

That was excellent, Andrea! My husband treated me to a Wunda chair a couple of months ago and I love it! This workout is exactly what I needed! Have you seen The Pilates Wunda Chair workout book by Kenyi Diaz? Would love your opinion on it. Best, Angela

Doreen ~ The book is by Christina Maria Gadar and its title is... Pilates: An Interactive Workout, Wunda Chair Edition. Initially, it may seem pricey but if you think of it in terms of lesson costs, it's a bargain, and well worth it for depth & breadth of info it contains.
