Yoga Challenge Day 1 done! Love the flow of this workout - it makes the time go by so quickly! Yoga with weights is definitely a favorite of mine. Looking forward to the rest of this week's challenge!

Totally AWESOME! I never thought to combine yoga and weight lifting before. OMG! My arms are on fire. Those half-moon things, I so could not do with weights and the triangles...I was bushed, so I did them without weights, but I am sweaty, I am revved I can tackle the WORLD today! YESSS. Jessica you deserve the BEST workout teacher award! And we cannot leave out Miss Peanut! She cheers us on! I need to add yoga but find it difficult. This workout really moves so I did not want to quit! If I repeat this I think I can get better at adding yoga. The results from one session are always happen! We need time to move more slow and controlled like you said. That focus is really good for our brains! Cannot thank you enough. Have an amazing Thanksgiving Week.

I did Monday's Work it Out workout today. It is the first day this week I have gotten one of your workouts done and wanted to try the new one. It is another great workout. I have been out walking with the dog every day since Saturday though, so I have been staying active. Walked her again today too. It has been great fall weather, so want to get out and enjoy it while I can!

Hi Jessica! I've logged in especially to tell you that you're beyond awesome and your workouts our absolutely the best on the internet! And I love both your music and your comments and your attitude (you seem like a very nice person). No other online trainer ever made me want to exercise at home but you did! I'm not overweight, just lost some shape and have been trying to to get back to what I was pre-kids. I feel more toned and with a thinner waist (yay!) after only a week, no matter in what sequence I do your exercises, as long as I do an hour of them every day. I don't need to buy your DVD with so much of your videos available for free (which I truly appreciate), but I'll buy one just to make you a bit richer :), as you truly deserve it.

This. Was. Awesome. This is EXACTLY the kind of workout I wanted for today because the weighted yoga are my favorite of my favorites! It's been a rough week, as we had to put one of our dogs down, our 12 year old Golden. We knew it was coming, but it's still hard. So this was such a great happy boost for me. I don't know how you do it. It's like you are my own personal trainer (along with thousands of other people's, LOL). Blessings to you always!

This workout is absolutely wonderful! Even without the added challenge of weights I feel the heat within my body while also finding my center. I enjoy doing this routine sans weights as a recovery day workout. It's perfection!

I was pleasantly surprised with this flow. I have no yoga experience, but I am trying the 5 day challenge. This flow was challenging in a really good way. I am using the 5 day challenge as a jumping point to try using yoga and walking to heal my adrenal fatigue. I am looking forward to it.

This a great workout. I did a 1 mile interval walk video before this and I was sweating! Followed this with one of your stretch and relax videos. This was a great way to end my Friday workday. Thank you for all your excellent videos. I walk and run outside every day but really like your strength training and 1 mile walks for adding some steps to my day.

This workout was amazing! I'm sweating like a pig right now, and yet I never felt like I was out of breath or unable to keep up. My daughter and I are supposed to go jogging tonight, and my plans for the day include a lot of walking, so I wanted something low-impact, yet strenuous. This was perfect! It is absolutely going on my list of favorites. Somewhere near the beginning, before we even picked up the weights, I remember thinking, "A year ago, I would have been struggling already." And, I would have! Thank you, Jessica, for all your challenges and encouragement. You have been instrumental in my personal health journey.

I completed this for Day 1 of the 5 Day Yoga Challenge and this was absolutely AMAZING! I struggle with yoga because I'm not very flexible but this felt so good! It was challenging in spots but definitely doable and modifiable to any level. I loved it!!!

Started the Yoga Challenge today, Day 1 completed! I hadn't done this one before, it was tough! Definitely sweat dripping. Got all the reps in using 3# weights, but it was getting hard. I was already still feeling my abs from doing the Yoga Stretch routine the day before yesterday! I think this challenge will be a good one!

Loved this workout!! I'm covered in sweat! Well, I am about 50 pounds overweight ;-) However, I've maintained flexibility since ballet a hundred years ago. My favorite exercise used to be walking, but with an arthritic hip, this pains me physically and emotionally. I decided to try a Beginners' Yoga class thru my local community college, and I love it. I really need strength and balance training, and this does it! And, I don't mess up my hip! PS, I've really enjoyed your workouts, have a DVD set. I can always do Debbie's lower impact version, thank you Debbie, and not mess up my stupid hip. Good job!

I really love this type of workout from you! The beginning warm up sequence was awesome and I was definitely feeling the heat. I lost a bit of the flow during the sequence with weights; upper body moves always take more effort for me. Love the incorporation of the more challenging moves like the weighted half moon!

Like so many of Jessica’s videos, this is more intense than it looks! She’s sneaky that way, lol! I worked up a good sweat and was pleasantly sore the next day in several areas, so thanks Jess! 💕
