@@pandaemonaeonaeon I honestly don't think that we have much more about Dooku in canon as of right now. There is his issue in the Age of Republic comic series, a couple issues in the recently completed Yoda comic miniseries, I heard that there are some mentions in the book Padawan too (I haven't read it myself). The three episodes of Tales of the Jedi are the biggest exploration of his character that we currently have other than Jedi Lost. As for Legends, I'm not really familiar with stories relevant to Dooku, although I know there are some.

The Ritual of the Three is a ritual of the "ancient Jedi" where one wraps some kind of bandages with symbols on them (can't remember if it was mentioned what they're made of) around their arm and together with two other people (I dunno if it necessarily has to be three people, but the name implies it) stand in a circle and recite an incantation to cleanse oneself of the influence of the dark side and restore balance to one's mind. Lene Kostana, Syfo-Dias and Dooku use it to purify themselves after being tainted by the dark side and psychologically distraught by horrible visions of the future they were forced to experience while being captured by some obscure tribe of dark-side witches. The bandage still retains its protective properties long after the ritual, as Dooku secretly wears it for some time afterwards. He then removes it to nurse his sister's injuries during the battle of Serenno as "she needs it more than I do" or something. I think if he had still worn the bandage during his final confrontation with his tyrant brother, he would have been protected against the influence of the evil dragon thingy and wouldn't have fallen to the dark side completely - at least not yet. [Possible spoiler] Which I find kinda ironic since in the end he kills her anyway. lol

The Great Houses of Serenno are taken right from the Agents of the Empire comic as well: Malvern, and Borgan in particular. They also recanonize the marks of contact, showing Master Dooku teach them to younglings: Cho mai, Cho sun, Sai cha, Shiim, Sai Tok, Sun Djem, and Mou Kei. At least one of the Youngling Clans mentioned in this book came from The Jedi Path sourcebook. And one of the cities mentioned on Serenno came from the Darth Bane Trilogy. There is lots of little goodies in here for Legends fans.

Yeah, I admit, I'm a bit disappointed that his surname is also the name of his home planet. Just because I would have preferred that they just came up with a surname. But hey, in the Middle Ages, the nobility had a habit of naming things after their families, so it doesn't bother me that much. At least Padme's last name isn't Naboo.

So Dooku is definitely the count’s first name, unlike in Legends where they show relatives of his with “Dooku” as their last name. Until I am told otherwise, we just got his full name like we did with Sheev Palpatine: Dooku Serenno, his family name is so important that it is also the name of his homeworld. Along with Gora Serenno and Jenza Serenno.

I have a thought on why Ahch-To is not mentioned in this Book. Mind you this is theoretical. Since it is stated that the “Original” Jedi Temple is on Ossus, I suspect that is slightly false and my reasoning being that there is more than one “Original”. Ahch-To, I believe, housed the Original Concepts of the Jedi Order in which it’s duty was to maintain Balance of the Force. The Rule of Three concept makes perfect sense in this situation and may have brought forth the rise of the Sith. As more Sith appeared, Ahch-To and it’s Temple was comprised so in order to protect it , the Ahch-To was abandoned and “New” Temples were built in order to protect the evolving Jedi Order. One of those Temple’s was Ossus and another, I think would be, Jedha. From there on, Ahch-To was erased, so to speak, from all records whether it be Ship Logs or Archives much like how Kamino was removed. Again this is all theoretical, what are your thoughts @Star Wars Explained

In Agents of the Empire he has a nephew through his brother. Adan was raised on Alderaan after Dooku reclaimed his title. There were a lot of references to that comic in the play, though Ramil is never said to have a son that doesn't mean he doesn't.
