I subscribe to many channels. But this one is really well-paced and thought out. Not too much verbiage. Rests are perfect. Good times and count downs and next up. A perfect workout partner.

Here I was on my 'too-tired-to-work-out but also need-to-work-out-cause-I-love-it-too-much' day, and I was like WOAHHHHH this benching one is gonna be so cool and fun!!! whattheheck?! first off, I don't have a bench, so I thought I could just use a chair or the floor, which worked for most of them, but also YIKESSSS I never knew you could do so much on a bench!

This was an awesome workout bought a bench on amazon and found your workout I absolutely loved it... ladies if you can’t do the pushups in it just do knees on mat and modified bench pushups ....

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Thank you for this video (and all of the other ones)! I am also from Germany. Gyms have been closed since November and after alot of HIIT workouts, it is great to do some strength workouts with weights again.
