I recommend this work out. I do this twice a day. From 68kg to 64kg. For 5 days! While doing this work out make sure you have control for your meals. In the morning I just drink nutri shake. For lunch, I ate vegetables with half cup of rice then after lunch I drink coffee. For dinner, I just eat oat meal and nutri shake. While doing this work out make sure there's no AC or electric fan so that you can sweat a lot. Thumbs up for this video. Helps me lose weight

I found this channel because I was looking for exercise I could do at home instead of going to the gym or if the weather wasn't appropriate. 5 1/2 months later and this is my normal routine. I do this specific workout several times a week. It's pretty easy to keep up with, the exercises are fairly simple, and I feel it all over. It's overall a fun way to work out. I've lost approximately 43 lbs/19.5 kg using the Zumba Class and Mira Pham channels. I'm also pleasantly surprised with how much fat I've either lost or converted into muscle by doing zumba.

You know how I know these are effective? I’ve never been one to workout. But since I found you on KZbin I’ve been working out for about a week straight now.
