Starting with weight 65 KG and height 146 CM. I'll update uh after 2 weeks about how much I reduced my weight😁 This zumba dance is very good. This is my first day and I did full 26 min exercise. I really feel good. Must try this 😀👌

i've been doing this workout for about 2 weeks and i just love doing it. So far, I've lost 3.2kg. But ofc, it's not just because of the workout. I try to eat more healthy as well. Been cutting carbs these days and the last meal that i eat always before 7pm. I think it helps :) Update: I have been doing this (and ofc with a healthy lifestyle), and have lost 6kg so far in a month! Will update again ;) for those who're doing it too, don't give up! we're all in this together

Finally, I found the best way to lose weight, not only, it also helps me feel more active, I used to feel tired after work and in the evenings, I wanted to lie down all the time, my legs hurt, but now I forgot about it, I gradually lose weight and I like it my figure. I am grateful to the beautiful coach, she motivates me to reach the goal💋👍🏻💯💝

So, I started this workout 2 weeks ago I have been doing six days a week along with dietary changes completely cutting back on sugar and I have already lost 3 pds. It's a start for sure!

Finally an exercise that is fun to do and works well on my body! It has been 8 days since I started doing this and I feel really good looking at myself in the mirror, my arms look toned and belly fat has significantly reduced, plus no soreness in the body! Thank you!

I lost 5lbs in 4 days! I added this excersice every morning and dieting! Cut the snacks and Sugary drinks! Definitely worth it! 👌at it again this week let's goooo!

I am 65 kgs and with bloated tummy and thick 💪 Started today. Day 1 : I was sweating like anything and my stomach did hurt alot but I completed anyway. I hope it does work. Day 2 : It was easier today but right now I'm dead sore🥺 Day 3 & 4 : it was much easier and i feel lighter already

Really good exercises for someone just starting to become active again. The low-impact activities help muscles adjust to movement and build up stamina/strength before full work-out. I usually feel like death from fatigue after the hard exercises on every other work-out videos, but this was just right. First class, I had to take a break. Second class today and I powered through with no break (although them squats are something else ☠️ ). Anyone planning to keep up with this, please stay hydrated throughout, it really helped.

Looks easy until you do it 🔥. 1st day completed on May 22nd. 2681 steps and burned 264 calories. Start weight 178.6 lbs. Will challenge myself for 21 days nonstop and will return here to update result on June 12th.

I'm starting with 96 kg. My height is 169 cm I wonder how many pounds I will lose in a week. I hope I will come back with a nice presentation. good luck to you yes, it's been a week. I didn't do it for 2 days because I had exams and I ate, but I still lost 3 kg. but I gained 1 kg because I quit the sport. I will continue from tomorrow

I was looking for a way to reduce my belly fat and here we are!! I'll definitely edit and write my progress My height is 169 cm Day 1 : felt proud of doing this exercise and also I felt refreshing ❤️ My weight is 70 kg Day 2: felt like my arms are burning!! Sweat out a lot, but I don't really sweat this much even in a sunny day My weight: 69.4😉

I did 5 of your zumba lessons (3 of this, 2 from the other video) in 2 weeks and I've lost 2kg. I also eat more protein, reduce rice/carbo, reduce sugar intake and reduce processed food. I don't eat after 8pm. I will continue doing zumba thrice per week and hopefully I will lose 6kg more soon!! thank you so much for this fun activity!

Update: I have reached my goal which is to lose 10kg. The main factor is food diet!! I got lazy and do zumba only once per week but the rest was due to not taking a lot of rice/carbo and also sugar/processed food. To those who want to lose weight, all the best!!

I did 2 other workouts before landing on this one. I was able to stick with it all the way through, even though I’m an out of shape 68 year old. This will be my everyday go to, thanks!!!

Successfully completed 10 days... No charge in weight... Same as before Current weight: 63.5kg Target weight: 55kg I think becouse of no change in diet. Can anyone please guide me. I don't wanna giveup

I love doing these work outs on daily basis. In two weeks I lost 2 kgs but no progress after that in weight loss but I've become more active and lethargy has gone from mind and body, hope to achieve my weight goal soon with these classes. Thanks to the Team.

My BMI is over 30 and I finally decided that I can't continue doing this to myself anymore. So I started with this today i kept up for 13 minutes and after that I was too tired. But I will continue to do this everyday until N am fiy enough to do the whole video. Very excited to see where my weight loss journey takes me.

Good job, Carla!! I started with a BMI of 32 and got it down to 19.6. For me it was all about diet. Everyone can find healthy food that they love. You can do this!!

Thats not boring at all, this is my second day and I feel energized to do it, it's fun, even tho you will sweat alot but it still fun and I didn't even thought about quitting, I will let you know about results after seven days inchaellah Update: Day 5 cheeeck Day 6. check Day 7 cheeeeck Well I have never weighted myself I'm only take measurements, and this time they really do change, the measurements of all my entire body not just belly and arms in just 7days, I really do recommend it, it's fun and effective somehow

You're building muscle. Muscle takes up less space than fat and continues to burn your calories @ rest. Fat burns no calories @ rest. That's how your inches are disappearing. Fat burning and muscle building. 🙂

Really good! Will be posting updates! I currently weight 90,1kg. 1 day: legs and arms burn 🔥 2 day: My thighs and shoulders are sore from yesterday but still did it. It felt less hard! 3 day: I’m not sore anymore. But couldn’t do the exercise due to lots of homework. (Weighted myself, now 89,7kg) 4 day: still with homework and didn’t do it. 5 day: found it burning again, hope I’m not sore tomorrow. 6 day: was nice, had fun! 7 day: weighted myself again. I’m currently 89,1 kg. NOTE: I only did this specific workout video but I also started counting calories and having a balance diet.

I’m 19 weeks pregnant, I started doing her videos in December 23 and Mira definitely helped me get pregnant doing her daily videos. I had to take a couple of months off due to exhaustion but I’m back again now and loving it. This was one of my absolute favourites before becoming pregnant and I can’t wait to do this one again after the baby is here. When I work out now rather than doing the front to back abdominal movements I go side to side. Thanks so much Mira💗

Day 1: Cardio for 20 minutes + This workout(6 minutes lol, couldn't get through it) + 10 minutes stretch Day 2: 5 minutes warm up + This workout (26 minutes completed yay) + 10 minutes stretch (will update everyday for 7 days, gotta keep a track for myself too) edit: jeez got my periods lol, will resume in 3 days! Day 3: This workout (26 minutes) + 10 minutes stretch Haven't felt much burn, but can feel the tension after the workout

Good for you . If you want something a bit harder then Type 27 min and 22 minutes Zumba workouts into KZbin . These 2 are really good for losing weight I did the 12 minute 1 and then either of the two I just mentioned 4 times a week and you can tell the difference after about 3 weeks . You will stop getting out of breath after a couple of weeks and know what moves are coming next .good luck and keep up all your hard work😊

Usually “dance ab” stuff doesn’t really work. But these moves, while they may look silly at times, are large enough to really require your whole core to contract to stay on beat. Excellent!

I follow this zumba for 3month..every nite after 8.30pm i excercise 45minutes or 1hour..energy.. And my body, belly, keep fit by slowly.. Make sure take healthy food..i stop sugar, drink plain water 2.5liter,and stop eating before 7pm..🥰

This looks like so much fun tbh 😅 starting at 161lbs I shall return in 7 days! Day 1 and 2: Forgot to update yesterday XD but omg... everything was so easy up until the middle of the video where she starts swinging her arms then touches her feet lol .. I never fell to the floor so hard 😂 I'm not a very balanced person 😂 and today was different only because I didn't fall 😂 you do work up a sweat though which is really great ☺️ Day 3 and 4: on day three I could only get through at least 15 min of the workout only because unfortunately being a female sucks 😂 that time of the month hit me and cramps were so bad but I still managed to do part of it. Day 4 completed the full video I realized that my body is getting used to the movements so I'm not sweating as much so I wore a sauna vest and omfg that helped so much! Honestly my muffin top is going away surprisingly 😂 my weight is at 157 now so I guess that's something and slimmed out a bit rn bloating is a bishhhhhhh 😂 Late update (couldn't upload every time due to work and university ) 😂 but my ending weight is 155 lbs it's not a whole lot 🤷‍♀️ but it did help me lose something 😊 also it does help to have a good diet so eating well is key. I also did this every morning and waited a few hours before doing my other workouts. Everyone's different though this is just something that has helped me 😊
