I just found this video and loved this workout! I am getting back into aerials, and really liked that you have a video to use a pullup bar. Great instructions and time in between to get into place for the next exercise. Very nice@

Thanks Kate, these are great drills for the no-hoop days. Good progressions and cues--I do many of these for hand balance and they are really effective with consistency. I also work on grip strength by doing one arm 10 sec hangs and mix it up with flexibility stretches to rest in between tough sets.

Thank you for watching! Thats fantastic! Single arm hangs are great conditioning for grip and shoulder stabilization! Plus! It also makes single arm transitions/tricks easier to execute! Much love to you!

oh this was soooooo good!!!! My arms are so wimpy and give out pretty easy. I tend to feel like muscle snapping and just overall not goodness when I get to that part, but with how you designed this series, I didn't feel that at all!
