Bought this for my youngest to develop basic form for single hand kettlebell work. kzbin.infoUgkxtaDAl93XF8wxJhssTtjIFjzid82wglva It has a nice grip on it, just a little rough so it isn't slippery. I was doing a few rotator cuff exercises to test and worked well for those movements I'd been doing with a regular dumbbell. Cool thing you can do is hold it in your hand for door-knob turns to work the forearm and grip. Note: it's small, almost all handle, but that's what I expected given the weight. Smallest I've worked with before is 15lbs, so it was kind of funny to see the difference 10lbs makes.

Realizations from this weekend. 1- I did my first 5-mile jog of the year (with a 30+lb toddler in the stroller) with ZERO knee discomfort. At this time last year, I had focused mostly on cardio, and my knees did not enjoy my running, I wasn't even sure it would be possible this year. I've been building up my mileage these past few months and have had no problems. 2- Saw that bonus move and was pretty doubtful I'd be able to keep up but attempted it anyway. That last one was slower, but I did it!! Your videos have really made a positive impact on my strength.

Only 5 months ago after having my son, I could do short, beginner type workouts. Now I can do the longer workouts, I can do squats for days, I can do full side planks, and my lower back hardly ever hurts. Thank you SO much!!!

I enjoy the “with weights” workouts you’ve invented, because it lets me track my progress as I get closer to ok using my heavy dumbbells. Same with the one-handed and one-legged planks - I loved those!

I have to be honest that I was afraid this routine would be too easy but I really enjoyed this! I was able to add weight or take it away to make it as challenging as needed and I got a great sweat going. Absolutely loved this

I do 5 to 7 workouts a week for filming so those are my workouts. I follow "The Method" which was developed by our own registered dietitian Vivian and it's all part of the nutrition component in the BodyFit Athletic Club - it's not so much a diet as it is a lifestyle and better way to think about food.
