I’m traveling for work and there was one other person in the tiny gym and her moves were looking like NML. Anyway I looked over at her phone and we were doing the same workout:) So we are planning to do them together the rest of the week. Thank you both for keeping me motivated.

Amazing workout! I have a fantastic tried and true pork recipe: 1bl boneless chops seasoned with salt and pepper 1 cup greek yogurt 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese 1 T italian seasoning Mix all together and spread over chops in a casserole dish. Bake 350 for 30 min or until done.

I love the MN Pork Counsel! Thank you Rachel squared and Lindsey! This was my first workout after my father passed unexpectedly while we are on vacation into eternal glory. His testimony for Jesus Christ dying on the cross for his sins was what gave us hope throughout it all. I woke up today and started this fall workout to stay mentally fit. Thank you ladies!

I’m just over 3 months postpartum. After doing a few weeks of your postpartum fitness plans I moved on to stronger 25 (great postpartum ab options in that program! Thanks!) then just finished strong 20 and now I’m excited to kick things up a notch with this fall challenge! Felt great to sweat this morning. One other cool thing, my phone keeps notifying me that in the past 6 weeks (essentially since starting back up with NML workouts) my cardiovascular endurance has improved significantly and resting and working heart rate have decreased! It’s easy to feel discouraged postpartum but so cool to realize that even if the change is slow, my body is changing from the inside out. Thanks for your workouts that have helped me achieve those changes!

What a great workout! I love this new format - makes it go so fast! I like how it allows me to go heavier than usual on some moves (usually the 2s), as I know they're only coming twice (like the biceps and overhead pushes). I also like the abs moves built into every circuit. I'd definitely love more workouts in this format. Thanks for all of your amazing work!

I've been doing your workouts for four years now, and I am in the best shape of my life at 53 (even after having to take a break from anything with pushups/planks/etc while recovering from double carpal tunnel surgery). Thank you so much for the detailed cues, the focus on progress goals, and the inclusion of modifications so I can tailor my workouts to where I am at a particular point in time. One thing I still have a problem with is lunges. I can't get very low, and I have trouble maintaining balance. Are there particular exercises that could help improve my lunges other than just doing more lunges, of course? Or particular cues to think about for that balance?
