Honestly i didn’t mind the Wade story to much as it was a way to connect Knuckles to Wade like how sonic is with Tom. It was an example of how Wade has something he loves about his life on Earth and that involves having personal connections as well. Helps Knuckles learn more about Earth and its values.

I think he had a conversation about victory with Wade at the end of episode 2 and then the next time its relevant is episode 4 where his teaching method is "He must save himself(This time)" and then send him to Pachacamac to do the rest. _That's it,_ we're done with that plot at this point. The main premise of the series and its barely there after episode 2 let alone episode 1.

Yeah, so this and both movies mention 50 years ago ref and in the 1st movie some people miss the line from Maddie mentioning how Tom's family has protected Green Hills for 50 years which could imply Tom's father may have been present in seeing Shadow let alone if they were to have it be that he was the one who shot Maria in having worked for the government in the past much like how Sonic X revealed the soldier that killed Maria and the guilt that came from it.

The problem with episode four is that its a show about a CGI character that trains another character his ways of the echidna,but they knew thes were limited. And i get CGI is expensive,but if u cant afford the character to appear through the whole show and be overshadowed by side characters in the universe. Also its the fact that if u remove episode four, nothing changes. Its still the same show because Wade didn't really have anything else to show other than the final fight scene where he just throws bowls at the main villain.If your reading this and didn't watch the knuckles show i recommend skipping episode 4 but if u want to go through the whole series then good luck surviving through the whole episode

I liked it to. And matter of a fact this also felt like Knuckles' version of the first movie to since Both had an animal who was a fish out of water with earth and trying to learn how it was go on a road trip with their human companion. Both had the animal and the human companion bond over time to. Both the animal and the human are on the run from the bad guy(s) who want the animal's power Both had the animal meet the human guy's family(Sonic meeting Tom's sister in law and his niece, and Knuckles meeting Wade's sister and mom) Both had the animal during the final battle learn that he has to now fight for his family and the home he lives in. (It even felt similar to the final battle from the first movie to).

Got done wacthing it, and had to hear your opinion on it. My main complaint was pretty much too much human screen time, but the cool thing about how they used Chief "Mac" is now we know how Tikal would appear, and interact with the rest of the cast in the later installments. Lastly I could see the tensity of whenever Rouge the Bat and Shadow the Hedgehog relationship could be with G.U.N. with how humans view them as threats and not living creatures with wills and rights to live (which could be explored in Sonic Movie 3). Last stretch, I thought that demon looked familiar it's so nice SEGA and Sonic Team can acknowledge Sonic 06. Here's to Blaze and Silver appearing one day in a movie or all out series! I wonder if that wall will ever be fixed, or will it become a running gag in the series! XD Overall, a 3.5/5 stars

I think the pros and cons of the show can be captured with two specific facts 1: The tone and vibe of this show most resembles The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog but if it had been a life-action hybrid animation instead of all animated. Scratch and Grounder now work for GUN instead of Robotnik. 2: For a show title "Knuckles" very little of the plot is about Knuckles. To be fair, I'm sure a lot of the issue is because they wanted to play off the Sonic 3 and Knuckles gag, they know Knuckles is the best selling point they had to offer, and the cost of the live-action hybrid is way higher than doing the equivalent written story in the form of Sonic X or something. Buuuut, that kinda leads to the question of "why not just have the whole thing be animated?" which like, clearly they want to do live action to catch a broader audience. But the logistics may be doing them more harm than help? Overall I enjoyed the show, but also I kinda enjoyed it because I opened it up on a side screen while I was working on other stuff and promptly forgot it was supposed to be "The Knuckles Show" and not "Sonic Movie 2.5".

So about the knuckles show and what I think, I personally think it's really fun and I like it alot. However, all the negatives to the show could have been solved with two solutions: one, make at least 8 or even 10 episodes. or two make the 6 episodes an hour long each. The first option would be the balance between the Knuckles and Wade stuff, because like four of the episodes is mostly on Wade while episodes 1 and 4(kind of) focus more on Knuckles so there would be a bigger equal number amount of episodes each about the two characters. For option two, every episode each being an hour long will give an equal amount of screen time to the two main characters. ( I was expecting this option and it should've happened ) Are the options expensive? Yes, but if possible in using the money they already had to make the show any negative would just be a nip pick. Maybe when the Knuckles show gets a possible season 2 more they make another spin-off show about a specific Sonic character this kind of stuff can be improved especially if it features a lot of human characters. That's all I have to say on the matter.

The animation quality was spectacular. The villains and action scenes; phenomenal. I honestly feel like they could have balanced out the Wade family thing, and the Wade training with Knuckles. Not to mention have Wade at least learn one new thing from Knuckles, in every episode. Then apply that to the finale. Also, the way Knuckles could've started to train Wade, could've been written better. All in all, the concept was excellent on paper. The writing is in the grey. The execution, was 60/40, at most.
