I wonder if you simply damaged your bed coating. I have never seen anyone scrape a bed like that. Bro! use soap and water if its that bad. That dirty bed will never be level compared to when you clean it. Remember we are talking about millimeters and less.

Lol I know that was bad, but I was pushing lightly it was really just filament and glue
