• SAFETY PRECAUTIONS •
Pole dancing is super fun but there are also risks involved you should be aware of before starting. These videos are advice only and are not intended to replace in-person professional classes. Please warm up before engaging in pole dancing to prevent injury! I am not a professional pole dance teacher. I recommend attending in-person classes before trying any moves on your own, especially when learning upside down tricks where a spotter is essential! If you have a pole at home, please make sure it is set up properly and is from a reputable supplier. There is always an element of risk when pole dancing and by following these videos you may be placing yourself at risk of injury. Please be careful and only do moves within your skill level.
Happy pole dancing :)

The format of of this video is exceptional! I’ve not seen any videos detail (and time stamp) points of contact, progressions and problems in this way. I’m returning to pole after a long time off and doing more spin than I ever used to, a few of these tips really help. Looking forward to more like these; I can imagine it was quite an effort to produce. All the best with your channel.

How exciting. I may be biased but I definitely think your return to pole is a great one

@@PoletatoJemPoleDancer yesterday I did. I have little bruises on the inside of my thighs. Still a beginner. And I am having a hard time with the lean. Like when you sit and lean to the side,, but like I said never even knew about the leaning...I can sit...but not for long! And I laid back as I was sitting too! 😉just got to keep trying. You explain it well and thank you for that.

@@salemtrinity444 Well done!! Oh yes, the inner thighs as super sensitive to getting bruised and tend to hurt lots when doing moves like a sit! You're right! you'll get more used to it the more you do it and toughen up your nerves and skin in the process! Shaving gel or pole grips on the inner thighs can also help if it's really hard not to slide out of a sit 😉 Thank you! I'm glad the instructions are helpful for you ❤️

@@asiaarocks0941 you are not alone 😂 once we are upside down, it gets very confusing 🤣 I promise it gets easier! I’ll also be doing leg hang detailed break down too! Do you put grip behind your leg and behind you inside arm for outside leg hang? Could really help, especially when first learning it! I found it definitely did for me. Over time you might find you don’t need as much grip as your skin becomes less sensitive and you become stronger in your points of contact allowing you to hold yourself up more tightly and securely 😃
