I was literally just in terrible pain that I had to search ways to get rid of it.. the moment I saw this video it stopped before I even do anything.. but why am I cryingg there's no reason for me to cry?!!! 😭😭 dang it it hurts us emotionally as well as physically 😭

Yo, I lost like 10kg with Rebecca when I was like 15 years old. In the past 10 years I gained like 20kg back BUT Rebecca was such a motivation for me back then. She was the reason I put on YT videos and worked out and I loved it and hated it at the same time. So nice to stumble upon her again!

Oh I used to have periods when I was younger than I am now they used to be absolutely killer painful 😢 I used to go to high school and get sent home with how much it hurt I was in extreme pain the pain was unbearable 💔 I was crying and screaming But since I have had a birth control implant to stop periods ❤

It is possible! I tend to stick to yoga and upper body workouts during the first day or two of my cycle when it is at its worst (chest, back & arms) anything below that is too painful. But always listen to your body. If you feel like it just needs to rest, then take that rest and don’t feel guilty about it. 💕

I made that realization in high school. I had cramps really bad. And we were working out at basketball practice. They went away! So when I knew I was gonna start. I would go run and work out.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're in so much pain. I would suggest that you try some gentler exercises that won't cause you too much discomfort. You can try deep breathing, relaxation techniques, or even yoga poses that are designed to help reduce period cramps. You can also try using a heat pack or a cold compress to help reduce the pain. Hey girls if you feel same like me that we cant even move during periods so please get up try to keep yourself active when you will be active you will forget about cramps and try to walk a little keep yourself active in this time and try to become happy like do things like dance play your fav music i hope this helps❤

I’ve had my period for about six months (NOT CONTINUOUSLY) and here i am, seventh grade, laying on the floor of my favorite teacher’s classroom with my best friend curled up in a blanket wishing the cramps would all go away 😂😅

I'm sorry to hear that you're in so much pain. If it's too painful to lay flat on your back, I'd suggest trying some gentle yoga poses or stretching exercises that you can do while sitting or lying on your side. Taking a hot bath or using a heating pad can also help relieve cramps. 💗

Oh , u should ask ur mom for help, Anyways u just have to stick the pad on ur panty , by removing its back sticker and also there will be flaps, on side of the pad, which gi underneath ur panty Hope that helps:))

I'm sorry to hear that you are having pain in your lower stomach. Have you talked to a doctor about it? It's important to take care of your body and make sure that everything is ok. However, it's important that you take it easy and listen to your body. Start with mild stretching and low-intensity activities like walking and see how you feel. You may also find relief from other methods like hot water bottles or taking a warm bath. 🙌🏻

Give me a break. The only exercise that helps cramps is me walking to the medication cabinet to get ibuprofen and Tylenol. If I really want to kick up the period exercise I’ll also walk to the other cabinet and get some red wine.

I'm sorry to hear that! That's definitely a lot of pain to deal with. I think it's great that you were able to find a comfortable position to get some rest. Maybe next time you can try out some of the exercises I suggested - they might help to alleviate some of the pain. 🙏🏻
