love it!! any tips for the first exercise with hand placement? felt my triceps but didn't feel good in my wrists

Try placing your palms, with fingers spread wide, on the floor slightly behind and outside your hips. Only hold the pose briefly while you work on your wrist strength. If it still hurts, drop down to your elbows and forearms. Hope that helps!
