Just go for full custody guys. This won’t win you anything if the mom lies to the court. They will believe her over you, so you have to fight for your kids.

Why do YOU need to be in the same school district as the mother, why doesn't she have to be in your district? If she ended the relationship wtf do I have to move to see my kids, she is the one that moved away

Most of the burdens that the courts put on people is unrealistic. The marital home (more likely than not) is in a zip code that was only possible by the COMBINED INCOME of the nor formerly married couple. The two single income households can no longer afford that school district

My father was paid more, had more security, a more stable extended family. My mother had 2 other kids, couldn't maintain a job, had a history of physical abuse toward my father, and most of her family were addicts. Guess who won? Explain that. Granted this was the 90s.

Are these same four requirements assigned to the mothers to get joint custody? Of course not..... they already are assumed by the courts to be the "primary caregiver". You know...... "equity".

Or just identify as a woman, and the courts legally have to honor that, especially if you’re a “woman” that makes more. Or have kids in a country with a woman where divorce is frowned upon and couples are expected to work things out if they have kids

No, one thing as a man what you need to do is that do not appear to the court date, but the judge wrote a case out and let them out to get full custody. I don’t pay child support that’s it. No Plano bitch game.
