I always have this doubt!!I work in nigh shift so basically around 4:00am i go to sleep ,get up at 10:30 am go the gym follow a good diet which includes milk,eggs,cheese,chicken,salad n all..and i take a 60000iu vitamin d tablet monthly and i do not take any multivitamin…so will this night shift routine have a bad effect on testosterone levels like sleeping late night?

Mtlb inner and outer biceps and long head short heads of triceps jaisa koi concept nhi hai. Chahe hm koi sa workout kare to hamare biceps ya triceps ke all muscles ko target karega. Please reply sir.

Nicotine has shown to increase testosterone in most studies. Infact quitting nicotine has shown a reduced level of test for a few months . Not promoting smoking , love your channel. Just wanted clarity on this

That's a short term effect seen with cigarette smoking due to increase in adrenaline and Dopamine Studies have seen increase in test levels for a short period of time after smoking But that's to do with the adventure part of smoking. Long term effects are disastrous
