That's absolutely true. As an infant's mother I can relate 😢😢. Crave for sweets and palatable food. Trying hard to follow. Even though I take adequate protein and fiber but still due to less sleep I crave for sweets.

Hi Sir, I'm doing a full day sitting job and it results in I'm not able to consume enough food for muscle building because when i eat heavy a meal then i almost lost my appetite for half of the day 😅. I used to workout in the evening at 8'o clock. So, please assist me how can i increase appetite or any other way i can follow. Thanks in advance.

You dont need that much food since you are not active so eat twice a day eat your breakfast late around noon and one meal after workout and you can eat one healthy snack or protien shake in between

I lost 10 kg weight by walking. I used to walk 12 km everyday and in 2 and half months i reduced my weight from 85 to 74.6kg. Walking is a good exercise but its consumes lot of time. I used to eat a lot but during 1st month of rigorous walking i got diarrhea for many days. After 2 months iam not able to eat that much food which i used to. Gave up beverages and fast food.

Hello sir I hope you reply me or make video on this topic please, sir mai फिलाल 19.5 ye ka hu aur mujhe 8month ho Gaya gym karte lekin result muscle मे नही 0% लेकिन लिफ्टिंग पावर grouth हुआ हैं मैं 😞 1year पहले 62kg था और अब 61.5 है।मैं जिम से पहले रनिंग kerta tha।मैं junk food packed food नही खाता हूं।मेरी diet low class family ki तरह है रोटी सब्जी , दाल rice milk,2 egg hai। traning भी लगभग सही है 'PPL' Monday to Sunday constant gum jata hu। आज जिम के owner Jo ki apne ko ट्रेनर कहता है मेरे एक exercise par भड़क गया कहा इतने दिन जिम करते हो गया लेकिन शरीर तो बना ही नही 😔। ऐसा मेरे साथ क्यों हो रहा है मेरा muscle क्यों नही बन रहा है। Help me please🙏🙏🙏

As always very knowledgeable video. But sir I have a question, Shahrukh Khan says that he sleeps only for 4 hours and eats less. How he must be managing it? Does every person has a different sleep requirement? If yes, then how does an individual analyse his sleep requirement. This is very confusing as different people give different numbers for adequate sleep. Please clarify. Thank you!

Akash Sir, I have a question. We all know walking is an exercise that derives energy primarily from the fat stores of the body, since it's a low intensity cardio exercise. I want to know whether moderate intensity resistance training like lifting weights will also derive energy primarily from the fat stores or not.

It does son, if your session is longer, and doing it empty stomach also will lose muscle mass with longer sessions if your protein not sufficient. Hope this help
