All u need is just A REASON to jump from bed early in the morning...that's all. It has become my habit to wakeup early since I have started going to school.. No alarm clock is required to wake up just body clock works fine almost everyday.

Something that I have done lately is install automatic blinds in my bedroom. I set it up so that at 5AM every morning the blinds open and my bedroom light starts goes from dim to 75% over 15 minutes. These are two things that have worked for me to wake up early every morning and not feel so tired.

Thanks for making this video. In weekend, I felt very lazy to get up of my bed and I spent my weekend just holding my phone... I don't have any plans to do on that day. I feel bored when my parents ask me to do the chores, I wasted my times with something useless.. and sometimes, I just watched someone success and I dreamed to be like them and now I realized, "How could I be like them when myself still regretting my own life?" Even better than an alarm clock on the other side of the room is a QR code on the other side of the house... or down the road!! An app called Alarmy Pro has some great ways to turn off the alarm, scanning a QR code is one of them. Another idea I heard is to schedule an social network update to pay $1 to everyone who retweets your “I overslept” update. To avoid paying out, you have to delete the scheduled update before publishing, just be honest with yourself and do after you have slept!

Single most thing that will help is going to bed earlier. Also, if you live in colder weathers, set your heater to automatically turn on (temp set to somewhat of a hotter temperature and you can use a timed power outlet for turning on) about an hour before your intended wake up time. This really helps, especially if you intend to work out in the morning.

Step number one (and possibly the only step!!) - go to bed early!!! Alarm across the room is a torture. Alarm itself is a stress factor. If you need an alarm to wake up - your body hasn't had enough rest during the night. Don't exaust yourself trying to get up early without changing your evening routine! This kind of advice is evil! Find a way to make yourself go to bed early and to fall asleep easy - think of something good before you fall asleep, dream about something, listen to a rain sound app or ocean sounds, plan something good for the next morning, take some natural meds - herbs and such if you need help with relaxation. The only thing I may agree is warm clothes in winter. But I personally can't sleep in any kinds of clothes, I hate wrinkles and the way clothes is twisted even a little bit around my body. But at least it's important to keep your feet warm when you fall asleep and wear socks if needed, because cold feet can easily prevent you from falling asleep.

Sleep with warm clothes is definitely NOT a good idea. When we got tired our body needs completely relax and get recharged. If you wear warm clothes it will prevent normal sweat and blood flow, therefore it will directly effect your sleep. How can you be productive if can't get good sleep? ( Regardless of how many hours you sleep). Also, imagine you sleep in a room with warm heat on, it will feel terrible and it will cause other type of disease. I remember my doctor used to suggest me to wear less clothes possible when I sleep, it feels really comfortable and you feel great the second day. The purpose of sleep is to let every part of body get relaxed then you will have more energy to work and do things that are productive, simple as that. I don't understand why so many people treat sleep like a luxury, it is essential. So never ever feel guilty to sleep more. Just sleep.

I have to wake up at 6 everydat but I sleep at 3 then I wake up at 6 that's why I struggle to wake up early because I don't sleep well I have overthinking 😟 I think you need to sleep 9 hours in the night to wake up early in the morning

kinguzi24 the reason is because when you sleep with Socks on, your feet are going to be in some kind of pain. For some people that pain arrives when they wake up and for some it will happen in the future.
