My two decades of experience in the fitness arena says that only a combination of carbohydrates with protein in the meal ensures that the blood sugar spike remains comparatively under control. Perhaps, you should try a combo of 2 paranthas (plain) along with an omelette of 2 eggs. Kudos to your efforts of creating public awareness.

Yes I do the same. 3 eggs omelette with 2 roties with ghee. After 2 hrs eating that my blood sugar is almost same & many times less than fasting. Same goes for lunch eat roties with Dal, subzi, paneer with little ghee. All these help to reduce sugar spike. Rest all bodies behave differently

Jawar is better than Rice and wheat for a Diabetic person. He ate big portion of Jawar. I think for a normal person 50 gm is more than enough.

You can eat 4-5 chapaati Barley & Gram in lunch and dinner.. 1000 gram flour of Barley & Gram can be consumed by a T2DM patient.

1.) sir apki fasting sugar bhi high hai matlb aap already diabetic patient hai means apki F&PP dono hi range se jyada hogi kyuki aap sugar patient hai ... 2). Kya apne morning uthne se lekar 1 bje tk kuch nhi khaya hoga ho skta hai tea biscuit kuch liya ho 3). Aap apni sugar automatic machine se check kar rhe ho manually nhi. 4). Agr apko difference dikhana hi hai to kisi non-diabetic patient pr km se km night ki 8 hrs ki fasting me BSF &PP sample lekr difference dikhaye🙏

Only black gram flour ,bajra, oats are tolerable......that too in moderation....ragi too...... No other grain controls sugar

250gm जलेबियाँ खाने से कितनी सुगर बढ़ जाती है मेरी तो 70के आस पास बढ़ जाती है,metformin 500लेने पर नोर्मल हो जाती है ।मैं 250gm जलेबियाँ रोज खाता जारी ।

I was diabetic and done reverse too and last 1 year no more medicine....my concern is if u r diabetic then y to eat 4 chapati.....eat only 1 chapati with lots of salad daal and veggies even chicken will do......as far as my concern am not happy with this vdo.....bytheway thanks for ur efforts
