In this video, We are analysing a mistake happening around fat loss and mistakes people still make in 2022.
SKIPPING MEALS
Often these mistakes people make, such as going into a calorie deficit. However, this results in nutrient deficiency, one could feel lethargic and lazy and the body will not recover better.
