I actually have been doing these exercises for quite some time. The bridge however I have been doing with an elastic band and a few different ways. I will try the ball. I have to watch my knees because of my age and they're not in great condition. These exercises really do work, I have felt the difference.

@@Criticalbench I have been practicing Classical Pilates for some 14 years and am very well versed in dealing with tight hip flexors. However, I have looked over the details in the link advert you gave me, and it does not tell you very much about the content? I like to know what I am paying for, little is unique really.

Thank you! Ima try these. My knees are really bad right now. On another note, I hope you guys realize how freeing (not sexualizing ) it would be for women to be able to work out in public without a shirt or bra on! Men take this perk for granted. Jus sayin’
