I really appreciate the comments you made about the "safer" takedowns and related injury risk, longevity and not injuring partners is a big goal for me and so to hear you consider that aspect of the moves you show was really great. Thanks for the great content!

I love the uchimata to the front headlock, I never really thought of it. Awesome because I typically just snap people down to the front headlock, will use this for sure!

I'm a black belt in Judo and Blue in BJJ, and never thought about combining Uchi Mata with the guillotine together. That's awesome 😁

This makes sense. I do Karate. I want to stay standing and I'll evade, block, kick, and punch to stay standing. I feel like BJJ assumes we both want to go to the ground.

I'm a white belt in my mid 50's going to my first tournament I so needed a safer takedown. I can't afford to get injured this grandma has to still make pancakes on the weekend🤣 Love your videos thank you.

Every single technique great just one time when you actually get your single leg like make sure that instead of having your head up when you pulled in even though you had it on top whenever you go around the leg you’re around the lake and you turn your hand down
