Das war ein mega Workout Kay Kay . Eine perfekte Mischung aus Kraft und Cardio . Super sweaty . Ich liebe deine Workouts und folge dir schon lange . Leider kommentiere ich fast nie . I really enjoyed this one. The perfect mix between dumbells and body weight training. A suggestion on the duration of videos, I ask for shorter videos with dumbells. I don't know if anyone agrees but whenever I feel like I can't finish the workout cause they are too long or too intense I feel a little bit disappointed. Whenever I see 30min videos I feel like I'm able to complete it. Thanks for posting K

🔥🔥🔥used my 8kg dumbbells for the whole workout except the plank shoulder lift dropped down to 12 pounds so I wouldn’t re-injure my shoulder. This was tough burpees at the end about did me in but I pushed myself. You are amazing 🎉🎉🎉

Tolles Format mit der „Steigerung“! Man kommt super in die Anstrengung und kann das workout super durchziehen. Perfekt zum „warm up“ für weitere Cardio oder Gewichtseinheiten im Anschluss 🧡🤍🧡🤍🧡🤍💦☘️💯 Es macht so viel Spaß mit jedem neuen workout etwas Neues kennen lernen zu dürfen 🙏🏻
