I know lots of people are fans of the 50+ minute ones but your 30m workouts are the absolute best so I can get it in no matter how busy my day is or even mix in with two a days after a morning run. Thanks for this fun, challenging, amazing mix of moves!! 🙏☀️

This workout was honestly so amazing! I have been dreading cardio for a while now after gaining quite a bit of weight over the past year. I decided to complete this one today. Really great mix of cardio and weight. I loved loved it! 💪🥰

Es war mega 🔥aber heute hat es mich gekillt, ich hab sogar die Gewichte reduzieren müssen, denn aufgeben war keine Option. Und plötzlich lief es mit dem leichteren Gewicht wieder 🥰 Wie Kaykay immer sagt, mach es zu Deinem Workout ❤ Ich bin fertig, aber glücklich 😊

Oh man, this was an insane workout. Did this with 10kg dumbbells which pushed up the intensity further. Totally exhausting but satisfying at well. Thank you Kathryn for another amazing full-body burner 🙏

Another great workout from KayKay! Perfect length and effort for the summer months too! I personally prefer 45-60 mins but this one did not disappoint. I will definitely keep doing it in the future when I’m short on time. Thank you Kathrin 😊!
